We offer a drop-in service at a variety of locations around Thanet to help local residents access our support more easily. We can provide free, confidential, independent and impartial advice and guidance on a range of issues, such as housing, benefits, debt, immigration, relationships, employment and more.
We cannot normally help with form filling at a drop-in, but if you need an appointment we can often advise you briefly and then book you an appointment either with one of us or at our local offices. For residents who are housebound we may be able to offer a home visit.
